NOT WORKING after only 4 uses

However, this little device is a great concept as it originated in China and is written in Chinese. It needs to be set up properly every time I want to use it, which was probably only four times. since I bought in July, this is a real Pia. The settings are not lost. I wanted these for 2" by 3" labels but they just don't come out the way they come, I cut them off and they are really tiny and not even usable. I've emailed, I don't know how many times, but they don't reply. I hope the seller sees…

Can't say enough good things about it

I work for a promising video control company in Florida. I decided to try this printer to see if it could be used in our process. I can't say enough good things about it. The group that manages it sent me an SDK to integrate directly into my application and everything went smoothly. The ease of use is amazing. THIS ITEM DOESN'T WORK AS DESCRIBED, IT WILL NOT PRINT YOUR LOGO NO MATTER I TRY, I PRESS THE IMAGE KEY, SELECT THE LOGO (MY PERSONAL) AND THE IMAGE WILL NOT UPLOAD , I tried uploading other images but that only allows you to use stupid logos there. Rigid Thermal Label Printer

I wanted a portable label printer and I wanted full control over the layout of my labels and I wanted to be able to use it from my iPhone or iPad so I wouldn't have to lugging around my laptop and a bunch of cables. This printer works! This printer CAN use Dymo labels, but the maximum roll OD can be 50mm or less. The printer can read gaps between labels or holes punched in a strip of labels. Cool little printer, buggy software.

Terrible software, very buggy, used up half a handful of labels just to print one label correctly. I was asking for updates every time I opened the app after pre-downloading and installing it. Also has no preview.
