The ability that we have been able to achieve in our business with this program is beyond any other word processor or tool out there.

It's easy enough if you are just getting started without being overwhelmed by too many features but it has everything needed to really get into deep analysis/planning of what needs to be done within your organization. I wish they would incorporate links where someone could search Google as well so not having access to those tools while working through my dashboard or writing something internally can make things difficult at times (although their support team makes up for it). Get all three products from them - we use Pardot as part of the package deal and its great! This allows us to do more than one thing simultaneously like building content and connecting social media sites together seamlessly along side our core marketing campaigns which helps us save time overall.
