The laptop itself is excellent. The original order I purchased was shipped on time. When I received the laptop it was DEAD, I had to charge it. I have everything set up but I'm having trouble uploading photos. My laptop was very HOT and I was wondering what could be causing this. I went to the HP Service Center and it turned out that my battery had a problem. I called HP and told them I had bought a new laptop from Revain but was having battery issues for some reason. They told me their only option was to send it to a repair shop somewhere, I don't know where. and HOPE they fix it and ship it back within 7-10 business days. So I called Amazon and they sent me a new one. When I opened the new one I found that it was REALLY new because it had stickers and such. The first one they sent me was used and DAMAGED! shaking his head.
