Review on 🚚 AA-Racks Model X35 Truck Rack Bundle with 8 Non-Drilling C-Clamps, 2 Sets of Kayak J-Racks, Ratchet Lashing Straps, and Bow/Stern Tie Down Straps by Derek Davie

I first bought this item from the Sanyon Mega seller, received the item and the box was destroyed. I opened the box and almost all of the items were scratched or dented. I contacted the seller about a return as it was a third party and Amazon was unable to issue a refund. So I sent the product back and bought again, this time the seller was Covina Accessories. I received the item, the box was a little damaged but not too bad but I noticed the shipping label and it was sent the same way as the first. Thus, the two companies appear to be identical. The second pillar was damaged again, but not as badly as the first time. I'm keeping this as I don't want to go through this process again. The reason I checked it is because the way they package the item is sub par. It's pretty much packing 70 pounds of metal in a shoe box and hoping everything will be fine. And usually when I buy something new, I expect it to look like new. I've installed a roof rack on my truck, everything seems fine, haven't put any kayaks on it yet, I'll see if anything comes loose while driving. Instructions are about IKEA level, just a few pictures.
