Gasket washers are not permanently attached like other brands (they screw into the box) and do not always stay in place during installation resulting in the threads twist and jam the washer if you're not careful. A more serious problem is that these same washers will cause the plug to "snap" on the head, requiring unusual force to remove them, and then the washers will leave a nick in the cylinder head. I've noticed these problems with a Corvair head in the comfort of my workshop, they may not be noticeable when the engine is installed. I have decided not to use these spark plugs on my engine.
