This is a great compact cool mist humidifier for those looking for something to wear while they sleep. Not suitable for continuous use or for humidifying a large room. It's very compact, which is nice, and consists of just two parts: an upper tank and a lower base unit. It's easy to fill and after filling, all you have to do is turn the tank upside down and place it on the base. Another "fixing" is not necessary. It has 4 modes: 2 low fog modes and 2 heavy fog modes (each with and without night light). The night light seemed very bright to me, so I turned it off. There's a small power indicator that stays on while the unit is on (and turns red when there's no water in it). I thought this light would bother me, but it's not. But if any light bothers you at night, it will probably annoy you. It has two great features that I've been looking for: an auto shut off when it runs out of water and an antimicrobial feature called Silver Clean which is said to prevent mold and mildew. You still have to clean the device, so they cleverly integrated a brush into the base. I used it on high wattage last night and it lasted about 8 hours. I assume you have to use it on low to get the full 14 hours. I noticed no leakage and absolutely no noise. He's almost silent. I recommend this humidifier for use while sleeping.
