Basically it is an all inclusive kit. Just add a Raspberry Pi 4 board and you're done. Because the RP4 boards come with a variety of RAM options, you can get just the right amount for your project. This will probably work best with 1-2GB of RAM as a 32GB memory card is a bit small. It is a very good airflow case with installed heatsinks and fans, power supply matching the fan and high power consumption of RP4, connecting cables to connect the monitor and a small TF card with OS already installed and about 25GB of storage space. Finding a good set of microHDMI cables is actually quite difficult, as are heatsinks, unless you're close to a specialty store, so this set pretty much pays off in shipping savings. The only part I would replace is the 32GB microSD card, which can wait for a project that needs that much data to come along (usually an emulation project). Power supply and case with accessories are probably worth the money.
