Review on 🐢 SZMTA41 Floating Turtle Feeder by Zoo Med Laboratories: Enhancing Searching Efficiency by Erica Welch

It's cute! I was concerned after reading the reviews that I was beginning to think it was huge. But it's fine as long as you have a tank that is at least 50 gallons, as long as your turtles are at least 5 inches tall and there is room to swim. My two young turtles love it but the downside is more than a few pellets came out! When I put it in the aquarium about 15 individuals swam out, too busy chasing pellets and not having time to bother with the feeder! I hope if I try again they will have a chance to play with it and find out how the food is made? It is best to use Zoo Med Aquatic Turtle Pellets. I usually use Tetra branded food but it will be too small for this feeder. Turtles liked it, I'm glad!
