What most of you want to know: Does it convert my old TV's signals to a digital format (HDMI) so I can use my flash drive? Yes, that's right. I'm deducting 1 star because clear instructions would be very helpful. But they are Chinese, so you know. How to set it up: (1) DO NOT unplug the cables from your TV; (2) Connect 3 cables in a row to the TV's VCR port. (You can have 2 ports; choose any one); (3) Plug the other 3 (corresponding colors with the TV, although the actual colors don't matter) into the ports on the converter; (4) Select the video option on your TV. (use the button on the TV or remote control) to set it to your video or VCR. no TV or other options; (5) Plug the Firestick into the USB port of the inverter and the included cable into the power outlet; (6) Select NTSC or PAL using the slider on the converter (USA uses NTSC). IMPORTANT: NTSC and PAL labels are wrong, but it doesn't matter. Choose the one that works; (7) Purchase a faucet/USB charger (choose one that is appropriate for your country), connect the cable that came with the converter and plug the wall charger into a wall outlet. (NOTE: The converter MUST be on for everything to work properly.) That's it. Hope that helps.
