A bag of two pillow inserts was vacuum packed but inflated well and quickly when I broke the vacuum pack. I was immediately struck by the craftsmanship of the sewing. Not only do they go through the seams quickly or casually, they actually have piping or ties on the outside around each pillow. This makes them durable and able to withstand pressure when lying down, sitting down or throwing. They are elastic, fluffy, hypoallergenic and practically do not have the original smell from the packaging. I now have six of these inserts and they are all of the same quality. I used size 20x20 for my 18x18 pillow. It's much easier to compress them into a smaller shell than to move them when the shell is larger than the insert.
