Great Software - Helps With Our Business Needs

Hornbill has been very helpful with all our IT needs. They are always available to help us resolve any issues we may have during the implementation stage. There isn't anything I dislike about Hornbill. We chose them because they were easy to implement, and had great support from their team. We will continue using hornbill for our day to day needs for our business. Security concerns. We have been able to address security concerns that we could not have addressed without the help of Hornbill. I like the ability to create multiple users with different permissions and the ability to change permissions without having to go back into each user's profile. The ability to have multiple users work on one ticket. It would be nice if the system was more intuitive for new users. Also it could use some improvement on the front end as well. We are using this software to manage our tickets. It has been helpful to keep track of all of our tickets and assign them to a team member.
