I like that it's easy to use, has many features for our fleet including routes with stops along waypoints or at customer locations as well as stop times which we can then send out via sms/email automatically when orders are placed so they arrive ready-to install! It also lets you upload your own maps if needed (eg Google Maps). We've been able to see exactly where drivers have stopped in real time rather than them having no idea why their order was late etc - this helps us keep control of delivery timings too. The only thing i dislike about LogVRP now is how slow updates roll through sometimes compared to other companies who update more frequently but still do great things!! Not sure what else there really would be though? Definitely good product from start to finish & very happy customers here!
