Overall I am pleased with the items purchased (10 ft and 16 ft strips with 5/16in T's). The seal is an upgrade from the last seal used on my garage doors. Shipment was prompt, and measurements were accurate. My garage doors are 20+ years old and the tracts a little worn. Ultimately, installation was reasonable, but I needed a helper to keep the seal in position as it was pulled into the garage door tract. Getting it started was not an issue, but as I continued to pull it through the tract (even with soapy water), I found that an assistant was needed to prevent the seal slipping out of the tract at the starting point.
