High quality and cute

I was pleasantly surprised with this hat. I thought it was just an inexpensive waterproof hat for my 3 year old son to use for swimming. It's huge! The size makes it very cute for my little one. It feels premium but is lightweight and easy to fold up and take with you. A whistle was included as an added bonus. Definitely recommend for the summer!
