Not only did I receive a used/returned model, I also received the wrong 100 x 100mm solution. The back wall is absolutely unsuitable if you have a TV with a notch. Now I know it's listed as intended for Vivo TVs, but it says it's compatible with 100x100mm Vesa. IF YOUR TV OR MONITOR DOES NOT HAVE A FLAT BACK. The plate used for mounting is too large and not suitable for recessed boxes. I had to use leftover parts from another Vesa mount to get it working. However, I will say that the durability was surprising given the small legs. If you trip over it, it will likely fall, but it won't fall on its own. It's worth noting that I put it on a short rug, not a hard floor. If you're struggling to find a slightly larger TV solution at a reasonable price, this option for the money will work. But you get what you paid for.
