I like how they are able to help me get my resume in front of recruiters who can then refer candidates for other positions within their companies or outside organizations as well! It's very easy using this service because it has all your resumes uploaded into one place so you don't have multiple places where people might see them at different times throughout day/weekend etc., which helps with keeping everything organized when applying through many jobs sites over time period - not just once per week via emailing each site directly.
