Poor quality on massage tools and equipment
When we first received this in the mail we used it maybe 3 times and the motor started making very loud noises. I sent it back and they sent me a new one. Now not even a year has passed, used maybe 9 times in total since I got a replacement and it broke again. When not broken it works great but the whole experience is 1/10 for me.
