Excellent wicks. I'm fairly new to making container candles and at first just bought cheap wicks and added color and scents. It didn't work out very well lol. After a long search on the internet I decided to try these wooden wicks. I use them in 2 1/2-3" jelly jars and they burn great. The wax melts all the way to the rim and gives a nice even burn. There is a slight smell of fire when lit which I really like. My only disappointment is that they don't crack all the time when they burn They definitely have a crackling fire sound when they are first turned on but that goes away pretty quickly This is the main reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 and also the fact that they are a bit pricey I like them a lot and will definitely buy them again.
