Review on ๐Ÿงน Powerful Stanley Vacuum: 1-Gallon Horsepower Stainless Janitorial & Sanitation Supplies for Efficient Cleaning in Vacuums & Floor Cleaning Machines by Daniel Elgee

Terrible design. The ring that is supposed to hold the filter DOES NOT STAY.

I've had several wet vacuum cleaners and can only say the band that is supposed to hold the filter bag. easy . is doing . NO . JOB! Once you've secured it as best you can, it'll fall under gravity almost immediately, and you'll notice it because the edges of your device will spit dust onto the ground as soon as they pick it up. In a matter of seconds you are in a cloud of dust and miserable. Someone else suggested that you could solve the problem with long zippers, but a company like Stanley should have a better design that allows you to "pinch" the bag rather than a giant hard piece of rubber. Additionally, the design has no protrusion or ridge for the strip to lay over. This means it will naturally keep sliding down because it's like putting a rubber band around the widest part of the funnel and watching it just fall down as the funnel diameter decreases. I think I should send this thing back. I hate sending stuff like this back, but the reality is that every time I've used them, they've made an even bigger mess when trying to clean them. Time to look for the damn box. Bought this thing less than 2 weeks ago.
