Review on AvomHr by Joshua Garris

I like how easy it was to use with all of our various departments/teams at work! The reporting features are great too - they're very thorough in what you can track within your employee's performance (and even their manager!). There isn't much that we dislike about this software other than an occasional lag time when using certain functions or trying out new things. We've been able to streamline so many processes by utilizing more efficient systems such as these ones- allowing us better control over multiple aspects pertaining to each department / team member under one roof. Also being able to communicate effectively between different teams has also helped tremendously!! With having everything centralized into 1 place makes life easier because now everyone knows where others stand across several projects which helps immensely towards making decisions quicker regarding who needs help most on any given project etc.. Overall just knowing exactly whats going down throughout my entire organization really allows me peace of mind since i know there aren't 2 people working together.
