Review on Computer case be quiet! Pure Base 500 black by Mateusz Banasiuk ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I am satisfied with the product, I recommend it to everyone.

The absence of a reset button and an HDD indicator is something that I consider to be a positive because. A reset is something I only do very infrequently, and it can be performed by either holding down the power button or hitting the button on the power supply unit (PSU). Because most computers now use solid-state drives (SSDs), the hard drive indicator is irrelevant. Two ordinary fans are all that are need to clear the 1070Ti and i7 from the system. Due to the thickness of the absorbent material as well as its position, this case does not offer complete sound insulation. While using headphones, however, it is possible to completely block out the sound of a computer operating at high fan speeds. The thickness of the steel does not cause me any difficulty because everything stays where it is supposed to and does not "wander." The fact that there are so few alternatives to this version that can be purchased elsewhere demonstrates that the price tag is absolutely justified.

Pros
  • Compact (save for the breadth) (except for the width). Design that is both disciplined and refined. Excellent grade paint that is resistant to being scratched. Excellent design in terms of both user friendliness and ease of installation. After the components have been installed, the interior has a significant amount of unused space, which adds to improved air circulation. The HDD basket contains pads designed to prevent the accumulation of water. The placement of the power supply and the 3.5 disk drives inside of a metal case helped to limit the amount of noise that was produced by the HDD heads. A dust filter is located at the bottom, and there are two different top covers to choose from (partially perforated and fully meshed).
Cons
  • If you remove the hard drive or leave a gap of half a millimeter between the side walls and the panel, the buzzing sound will go away. For some reason, it is being transmitted to the front panel. There is not a dust filter on the front; rather, there are three meshes, and in order to remove any one of them, the screws need to be unscrewed. Installation of plastic clips for the purpose of securing the side panel. It is simple to remove, and I am unsure how long it will be effective. When a tower is included in the setup, establishing a connection for the processor's power supply can be difficult. Conventional fans are silent up to around 65% ( 8v), after which they become audible enough to be noticed.
