SFDC API integration using Flowable
The overall UI/UX experience is very user friendly as it has been designed for end users (non technical) to create workflows in an easy manner without any coding knowledge.The tool can be used from non technical persons also which makes it more suitable for our use case. If you are looking for simple way to automate repetitive tasks then this might be useful but if you need complex logic or customisation then go ahead and choose other tools like flowable etc. Automating manual data entry processes into CRM system using SFDC APIs.
