This pillow definitely stands by it's description. A good high quality pillow with various uses. For me it helped with leg swelling and sciatic nerve pain but I've found other uses as well, from being a little table for my laptop in bed or to prop up for some nighttime reading.It has a nice removable cover with a zipper for easy washing, with a textured underside to keep it from sliding around. The fabric is soft with clear even stitching and appears to be very well made. The foam of the pillow is soft, but very firm and will easily support weights from light to heavy.
