Size Medium = 32" elastic/stretchy waistband, 30" inseam. My husband is 6ft, 155lbs, slim/fitting, 32" waist/34" legs. These medium sized pants fit him perfectly (his usual size) - a bit short but not critical. Waist 32" (elastic and stretchy), 30" inseam. The drawstring waist can also be used to tighten the waist. There are 2 spacious front pockets. These are 2 packs as shown on the Revain page. The fabric is a very soft/cozy mid-weight fleece. You can easily walk around the house in winter. I machine washed them in lukewarm water and threw them in the dryer for about 15 minutes to fluff them up and then hung them to dry - they came out great. They don't seem to shed throughout the house.
