It worked exactly how I hoped it would. One of my tires has a slow leak that needs to be refilled about once a week. Not bad enough to replace yet, but annoying. And over time, the threads on the air supply valve became easily damaged and the air pump became difficult to unscrew. Commercial pumps aren't a problem since they don't use threads, but they also cost $1.50 to $1.75 each time. I have a small portable battery that came with the pump, but it has a threaded end and won't install properly. So I got this to fix it. And so far it has worked great. It bolts on smoothly with no leaks and the nozzle that connects to the tire valve seat makes a good seal even around damaged threads so that solved my problem and as a bonus it's quick to connect/disconnect even with gloves on what can be a little tricky with threaded connections.
