Improves RYOBI ONE+ 18V Dual Purpose Inflator/Deflator

Why didn't the RYOBI inflator come with this accessory? Who wants to screw on a tire inflator? This attachment works fine. If it lasts, it's worth the money. If it doesn't last I'll try another brand because it's necessary for this device.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Some Issues

Just what I needed for the Ryobi Inflator

I bought a Ryobi Dual Purpose Inflator that came with a screw connector for the price of a Schrader and after two tries I immediately looked for an adapter and this one found. This works well and makes inflating the tires a lot easier. I opted for the short version because there was already a decent length of hose on the inflator.

  • This is awesome

Just what I needed for my launcher

I have one of those Stanley handheld launchers with tire pressure but the air hose that was built in had a threaded connection with a very short hose and I need a quick connection and a slightly longer hose. This article solved both problems perfectly. Installed and tested. Works well and looks good. Received it today but rest assured I will update my review if anything changes.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Crumpled

In the beginning it's not that easy.

This air cartridge has become quite good and fits exactly on the Schrader valve; Initially the internal silicone made it difficult to push the chuck locking lever, but after a few uses I noticed that the silicone sleeve was too long (by 1mm) and was being pushed out of the chuck making it very hard/difficult to push the chuck lever . After a few uses the slightly extra silicone has actually come loose and is fairly smooth to use, locking securely onto the Schrader valve and easy to remove onceโ€ฆ

Very useful with motorcycle tires and/or Ryobi tire inflation pumps

When you have a motorcycle, the rear wheel stem is often difficult to access and you can get your hands dirty touching the chain. One of these on your bike (under the seat) is very useful when you need to inflate tires at a service station where the pump doesn't really fit. I have a second one for a Ryobi tire pump as I found the hose fitting that came with it (straight) wasn't that good.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Minor problems

What I wanted and what I got.

Delivered quickly and in good condition. I have a tire pressure warning on the dashboard. I fitted a hose fitting to my DeWalt inflator and adjusted the pressure in my car's tires. The hose connector is easy to insert, seal and release with minimal air loss. It was exactly what I wanted and what I got. Lumiteco and DeWalt should merge. This increases the usability of the inflator by 2 times or more. That means now it takes less than half the effort. I don't squat as easily as I used to. Onlyโ€ฆ

Works great with these "tire pumps "

I bought a tire blower that came with an air hose but only had a small screw on the nozzle that secures it to my car or bike tires. Schrader valve. The threads on the valves on my tires were quite eroded from the use of gas station air machines, making it nearly impossible to attach my new inflation hose to add air to my tires. Well this little hose attachment fits perfectly on the end of my tire inflation hose making it easy to use and actually makes it a worthwhile endeavor. So if you haveโ€ฆ

  • Out of fashion

Works great for tools and equipment

It worked exactly how I hoped it would. One of my tires has a slow leak that needs to be refilled about once a week. Not bad enough to replace yet, but annoying. And over time, the threads on the air supply valve became easily damaged and the air pump became difficult to unscrew. Commercial pumps aren't a problem since they don't use threads, but they also cost $1.50 to $1.75 each time. I have a small portable battery that came with the pump, but it has a threaded end and won't installโ€ฆ
