Durable and Sharp good for me
This is my first butcher's knife and I really like it! I have no complaints about the blade itself. It's durable, sharp, and keeps an edge. It's weighted well: it has enough mass to chop through bone yet it's wieldable. I like the touch of the mosaic pin in the handle being one of three mechanical connections in the full tang construction.The only thing wrong about this knife is a minor cosmetic issue with the handle shown in one of the pictures. It doesn't hinder functionality and isn't terribly noticeable so it's not a big deal to me.I highly recommend!
