I ordered 2 of these last month and just opened the packages today. The one I received seems durable and a good product. The 2nd package was correctly labeled on the outer packaging but inside was an XL dog harness. I don't need dishes, but my older cats would be very happy to have an actual item (2nd heating pad) ordered. I missed the return window by 2 days - and the system won't let me verify the SELLER so that's all I had. Very frustrating but I hope the one I got works well. If so I think I will try to order again and hope to get the right product.
