These lights come with a cleaning cloth which the instructions say should be used to clean the door before installation for a better grip. This wipe contains some type of strong chemical that is NOT supposed to get on the plastic, it completely removed the finish and paint from the door and even started to eat away at the plastic on the light fixture when it touched the fabric. It shows the color that the fabric removed from the door by rubbing. My brother now wants to replace the door panel on his new car because it looks so bad it will cost $300. Very disappointed, never thought this could be. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER. I have contacted the seller and Revain if this is due to a poor supply of cleaning cloths, many could be hurt.
