Unfortunately my computer doesn't have a DVD driver and I had plenty of CDs of my books to work with, I didn't know at first that I could find an external reader and I have this got it, hoping it works well and it worked! I just had to connect it to my computer and it was recognized immediately. It is compatible with my Windows system. It comes with USB 2 and 3.0 cables. The instructions helped me a lot and have not been lost. I like its size and light, I didn't have to return it or encounter any problem as it helped me a lot. I am so happy with my purchase and I bought this device at a reasonable price and it works great it has almost the same speed as the internal DVD drive I will continue to use it for your work and watch movies as before with no problems, as long as you are happy with your product.
