This was very strange for Birkenstocks. The insole is completely different, the lateral arch is in a strange place and is very high. Also, the sole is just dipped in rubber, it's not a typical Birkenstock sole and probably shouldn't be worn outdoors as that will quickly ruin the shoe. When I finally tried to return them using the label provided, they were returned in a different package which said they were not returned to the correct seller. That's why I can't return them. Now I have an expensive pair of itchy slippers that I can't wear because my arch hurts.
