I was so excited when I bought this bluetooth intercom to be able to listen to music, take calls and communicate with other drivers. I was extremely disappointed after the first use. I went through the setup as instructed (without blocking the speakers), synced both Bluetooth intercoms, connected both Bluetooth intercoms to my mobile phone and tried listening to music. The volume was turned up to maximum on both the Bluetooth intercoms and my cell phone. When I used the Bluetooth intercom around the house with no background noise, the sound quality was mediocre at best. I could only hear high and high frequencies here, but no bass or low frequencies at all. When I tried to use Bluetooth intercoms while driving my GSX-R 1000, the sound quality was poor and muffled when listening to music and using the intercom. My experience with this system is completely opposite to other reviews. I really wish there was a way to increase the volume on this bluetooth intercom system, but unfortunately it's not possible.
