The Dynasoft 068 by New Balance is a mid-range running shoe. They definitely don't have the same build quality and finish as New Balance's more expensive offerings. However, they are well made and the fabric upper is beautifully finished. Sneakers are made in a simple style and will not offend anyone. There is nothing special about them and they should appeal to a wide range of ages. The shoes are very light, flexible and have decent padding. The biggest issues I have are the fit and the stiff upper around the ankle. I usually wear New Balance 10.5" shoes in a regular width. In this size, these shoes run at least half a size larger. The finger box is very large and somewhat flexible. The tongue is short but densely filled. The area around the Top of the shoe where the ankle rests can be too stiff depending on the lacing of the shoe.It took me a bit of effort to get a comfortable fit that didn't chafe my skin or create pressure points.I used them for about 10 miles of brisk walking and my soles felt good but there was some pain around my achilles tendon.Generally.not the best example of New Balance sneakers.
