I put together a system for a friend that fits into a very small case and does not have a discrete component. Dedicated solely to Internet browsing (with a number of tabs open in the browser), watching Full HD movies, and playing games such as The Sims or some form of Facebook farm. I personally tested it out in World of Tanks on medium (about 30 frames per second) and Ruler (80-120 frames per second in towns, 15-30 frames per second in combat).
