Heat and throttling

This is a beast combined with Asus z390 Maximus Hero and 32GB gskill 3200 cl14, but. can currently compete with AMD in the market, it runs very fast but also lowers the frequency greatly due to temperature and power limitation. I installed a Noctua NH-D15S with two fans and the temperature rises to a high 70sC and peaks up to the mid 80s when gaming is just unreasonably high temperatures compared to overclocking the i7 5820k to 4.2 which was in the mid 50s with a smaller one CPU cooler. The clock doesn't stay stable unless you mess around with the BIOS and it takes a lot more than 95 watts and I bumped it up to 180 watts on the CPU alone. This CPU obviously needed a chip shrink, but Intel was in a hurry to release this processor to compete in the market. Other thoughts: It should be a really good CPU. ler, and even then it gets very hot.
