I tried calling support but found out they only take calls from 1pm to 5pm; That's it! (I personally think it's terrible customer service). When I contacted support the next day, I was told that to fix the interference issue I would have to either move the router closer to the Sony and Tivo devices or move the devices away from the transmitter; You're kidding, that's her best advice. Since I connect the base unit to my Tivo to power it (yes, it requires a USB power adapter to connect), their offering, impractical as it may be, isn't going to work for me. I believe I can move the headphone base about 15 feet. removed to potentially stop interference, but to test this theory I'll need to buy a few more cables, as well as a wall-to-USB adapter. To work around this interference issue, I need to unplug the base station from the power source to allow my Sony and Tivo to connect to the internet. Apparently this disables the headphones and they don't work. The headphones have great sound quality (no distortion or interference like wireless HF headphones) and they're very light, but I don't know if they're worth the hassle - I might return them. ****UPDATE**** 7/1/21 3-4 headphones gone through, all rubbish; after 4-5 weeks the volume dropped so much that i could barely hear them - this happened with every couple. Finally bought another brand of headphones, no more problems. Also, I replaced the transceiver with another brand and now I have no more problems with the Wi-Fi signal on my Tivo, Playstation or laptop. The Avantree transceiver was junk and caused all signal problems. Good luck, I will NEVER buy an Avantree product again.
