It's not for the hard of hearing

The device worked great but I couldn't use it because the volume wasn't high enough. If you want to buy them because of your hearing loss and the many reasons that come with it, then this isn't for you. I just wish they had explained that before I bought them.

Easy to set up. I'm still looking for the battery life but I expect it to be as advertised. There was a question for customer support. They were easy to contact and replied the same day. I live in a flat share and like to watch TV in bed late at night. I broke a pair of headphones while falling asleep and rolled on them. Works for my untrained ears

Because my wife works full time, my wife has a hard time avoiding TV noise while sleeping. After checking reviews and prices, they seemed like a good option. Easy connection, I used an optical cable, let it sync and that's it. I'm not a music lover so can't comment on the sound quality but for watching regular shows, some races and the occasional rock 'n' roll or blues gig they work fine. I live in an apartment and bought headphones so I wouldn't disturb my neighbors by watching TV late at night. I've never installed a dashcam so I was scared at first when I opened the box and saw so many cables. Didn't know they failed until return date.

The support is probably good enough for them but because I followed the tech support link in my orders for that particular item I got a refund over the weekend when the Aventree support was not available. Why offer? Because I thought the problem was temporary and I contacted support before the return date. But I just couldn't ask for a replacement or refund when I should have. A huge problem is junk and the customer service is not great.

The transceiver (base unit) for these headphones will interrupt your Wi-Fi signals with any device using a Wi-Fi signal within a 10 foot radius. Radius. I have a Sony Playstation 3 and a Tivo DVR both connected to my TV and after setting up these headphones they both failed to connect to the internet.
