The product worked well for me although some people from the same company said it didn't work. They claimed I had to use the 4 resistors I bought. This EQ cured the Eagle Light Hyper Flash LED on my 2012 FLHX and should work on any 2013 and below. In my photo the wiring harness is outside the frame, the side cover didn't fit, I redid the factory connector through the back of the frame and through the hole you can see above. Using 3M tape I attached the box to the plastic frame. Easy if you're mechanically inclined.
