Ease-of use (both for our employees as well as customers); ability to connect all aspects of work into one place; excellent support from both customer success team in general by providing exceptional training materials/resources that really help us understand how this tool works very effectively at its core capabilities. Nothing I dislike about it so far but if there's anything else you would like to add - please feel free! We've been using WFMS since early 2018 but before then we were still struggling figuring out ways to make sense of data generated from multiple sources including internal systems which was scattered across many different apps & portals etc. This has now become extremely simple & easy even without any prior knowledge or experience because everything comes together within the same platform where users can easily locate what they're looking for. In addition being able to access employee schedule details via mobile devices makes things easier.
