It aims to support lymphatic drainage and "recovery of mobilized toxins and fats". Works best with oil or thick lotion. It improves blood flow throughout the body and honestly just feels really good 😂 I love using it on my thighs, hamstrings, calves and neck/shoulders post-workout, or on my feet for long periods of time. This paddle offers fairly even pressure distribution and the handle makes it very comfortable to use. However, the point is that I would like more direct instructions on how to use the paddle properly. I still prefer the longer video but this is second best.
