I had an old bevel cutter that I used for years and it was just wearing out, it was time for an upgrade. I don't use chamfers often, but I prefer them when I need them. Since this usage is sporadic for me, I didn't want to spend a fortune on high-end beats. Having used these bits I can attest that they work well and give a clean cut. Again, I don't use them every day, so I can't rate heavy usage. They fit me perfectly and I would buy them again if needed or even consider buying other KOWOOD bits.
