Exactly what I was looking for
I use it as a rearview mirror when I ride a unicycle. Ideal for this task. The strap is a chain of elastic and velcro, you don't need to undo the velcro to put it on or take it off. to rotate the belt 90 degrees. But this is something that can be done with a Dremel tool.
