The ability for our clients' employees access their own medical history when they need it most is great! It makes scheduling easier because we don't have someone else checking off boxes with them that aren’t theirs from an outside system or provider's office etc... When I first started using this program about 4 years ago there were only so many features but now even more are added yearly which can be overwhelming at times trying figure out what all these new things do!! This helps me save my time by having everything organized instead going through paper files each day looking up info myself vs typing into excel as well.
