Review on Lightahead Portable 61 Keys Roll-Up Flexible Electronic Piano Keyboard: Full Soft Responsive Keys Synthesizer with Built-in Speaker – Ultimate Portability & Versatile Performance by Danny Robertson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This is the one to get

I've ordered four different types of roll up pianos, all the same idea, and this one is the best. The control module at the end can be found on both a 61 and 88 key version, and it's easily the best of the current crop on Revain. Lots of features, including the ability to switch the sustain on or off, or use a sustain pedal which is included with the more costly version. The sound sample quality is the highest I've heard from the current selection of Chinese roll up pianos. It has a dedicated button for the drum sounds, which are also great. If has a ton of other electric piano sounds as well, and they're all very good. I imagine if you hook this up to a stereo system it will sound even better. The roll out rubber keys are also rather nice compared to the others I've bought, they have a good about of depth and feel to them. The only reason I can't give it a 5th star is that it's annoying that the default volume is very loud, and the pedals are cheaper that some other's I've seen. For the price point though, a lot of this can be overlooked.Bottom line, look for any roll up piano that has this control layout to the far right side. They're the best of the bunch.

Pros
  • Perfect for playing around. I am excited to play with this when I have time.
Cons
  • The keyboard may be too small for experienced musicians with larger hands
