Review on Kyocera Advanced Ceramic Perfect Peeler by Charles Mcneil

Every day I peel one to two dozen carrots. I was hoping to find a cleaner that would make the job easier and faster than my old standard stainless steel cleaner. First I bought a similar ceramic knife from another brand and was very disappointed. It cut too deep into the carrots, causing the peeler to keep getting stuck. Its use was tedious and time-consuming, resulting in finely chopped carrots. I used it on a batch of carrots and never wanted to look at it again. I thought about trying another ceramic cleaner and decided on this one. Wow what a difference! This scrub is too good to be true. It peels off a very thin layer and glides incredibly smoothly. like skiing on ice. It floats smoothly through curves and turns without wasting a second. Excellent goods!
