I use these for my spice cabinet after spending hours trying to find the best way to organize my spices. It was easy to assemble. I wanted to solve the problem of getting my condiments without pulling everything out of the cupboard to find what I'm looking for. I really like that I can see what I have on hand right away. Plus, you don't have to repackage your condiments to fit like some systems do. There are many different condiment organizer systems out there and this is the simplest solution and has made my meal prep easier for me. The top tier isn't attached to the bottom, so you need to be sure to lift it off the bottom as well when you lift it. But I like that the trays have a big rim so the spices don't fall off when you turn them. I can fit all sizes and shapes of spice bottles in it. I can fit around 10-14 bottles on each tray depending on the size and shape of bottles you have.
