Everything seemed fine for the first month. Then magically, as soon as the 30-day return window closed, this thing started going haywire. On PC #2, the computer randomly stopped recognizing the mouse and keyboard I had attached. It reconnects after a few seconds, but when you're typing or gaming, stopping the mouse and keyboard suddenly at random times is unacceptable. We tested the ports by connecting a mouse and keyboard directly to the port. There were no problems on PC #2. So, back at the switch, I swapped the connections for PC #1 and #2, and now PC #1 is having an intermittent shutdown issue. I expected it to last at least a few years. Very disappointed.
