I used to use the Commuter series and my phone has never been damaged. The BlazerBlue is a bit lighter this time, but I still like it (maybe even more). It feels comfortable in my hand and seems to slip much less out of my hand compared to a bare iPhone (no wonder). I miss the visibility of the Apple logo on the back: it's hard to imagine what matters if it breaks when dropped. My first reaction was that it's early production crap as there is a logo hole in the inner layer. Of course, the description pictures now clearly show the lack of a hole. There are very few surprises here and I would buy it again. Of course I didn't write that until after the build, let's see.
