It does what I need. It keeps my wrist steady enough at night to help my ulnar nerve. Not as comfortable as a custom brace, but much more comfortable than any comparable mass-produced brace I've tried, which is why I gave it a four-star comfort rating. It puts a little pressure on the base of my thumb when it's not in the right position, but it rubs a lot less than any similar brace and it's a lot easier to get it into a position that doesn't interfere with my thumb. If you need wrist support I would happily recommend this.
