The most interesting thing is that they sold me a broken laptop. I'll tell you more. I bought a Lenovo laptop on May 17 in a store in the Coliseum-Cinema (Hong Kong). On May 26, I brought it back to the store and they took it for diagnostics. On June 12, I was informed that the breakdown was allegedly committed by me, in accordance with Articles 211, 458,459. I immediately wrote a statement to the store manager with a request to change my laptop for a working one or return the money. To which I received a response dated June 14 that I was forced to refuse. When I called and clarified the information on my case. I was even offered to bring it and fix it for them. In my opinion, a good scheme: to sell broken equipment, and then repair it at home. This is how they sell equipment in the store. I will "recommend" everyone to buy equipment from you. And lastly a spoonful of children. The consultant in the store offered me to buy insurance, which would provide me with an instant exchange of equipment for a new one if it suddenly breaks down. Apparently he already knew that the laptop was broken.
